The Odyssey Antigram V2 rear hub is left/right drive switchable too, so no matter which way you run your drivetrain, you're sorted.

Itās an awesome back wheel and the switch drive hub allows you to switch it from LHD or RHD with a couple of easy steps. If you are looking for a rear wheel and you are struggling to choose, this would be my #1 recommendation
