How do we ship?

Excluding bike orders, we use Australia Post eParcel service to ship our products, simply because they cover the most area of any courier with post offices at almost every town in Aus. On top of what you pay for postage, we also provide registered post and insurance at no extra cost to you, to ensure that you get your products safely and quickly.

If you haven’t received your order by the time you think you should have, shoot us an e-mail or give us a call, we’ll be able to track it for you. Please keep in mind that Australia Post doesn’t operate on weekends/public holidays and the estimated shipping time varies on the time of year.

Bigger parcels will need to be collected from your local post office and a slip will be left by Aus Post at the mailing address provided by you as notification. We post every product off as if it was our own, so we make sure that everything is packed as safely and as protected as can be, we also inspect products before they leave the store to ensure that they are in new condition.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders excluding BMX bikes over $199 ship free Australia wide! This will be applied at the checkout stage provided you have chosen the free shipping delivery method.

BMX bikes will be shipped at a flat rate of $49 Australia wide, excluding regional areas. Regional areas will be at a flat rate of $129.

Big wheel bikes (24 inch BMX bikes and bigger) will be shipped with a flat rate of $89 Australia wide, excluding regional areas. Regional areas for big wheel bikes will be at a flat rate of $169.

How much does shipping cost if I spend under $199?

If you'd like to find out the cost of shipping for any item, add it to your cart and continue through to the checkout. Before you have to enter any payment information our online store will give you an exact for postage, at which point you can choose to continue through the checkout or delete the item & continue shopping.

When will my order be sent out?

We do our best* to have orders shipped on the same day, if they are ordered before 11am (AEST) on Monday - Friday. If you order over the weekend, or after 11am, then it will be shipped the next business day.

While our stock updates daily into our floor stock, some items showing are located at an alternate warehouse and will be sent out to you as soon as it is received from that warehouse in 2-7 business days. If there is a delay in shipping outside that period we will contact you to arrange an expected shipping date.

*Shipping times can vary based on the type of item and the amount of orders we have to dispatch. Please allow a considerable amount of time if your order is a gift, as we have no control over the time frame for delivery with courier companies.

Is everything on your site in stock?

While we do keep a large range in our physical shop front, we have many items that are allocated at an alternate warehouse. We have orders coming into the shop every single day so if it's not in the shop, there's a good chance it's on the way to us!

In the rare occurrence that we have an error in stock levels, we will do our best to contact you with the information you have provided to arrange a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship internationally to various countries across the globe. If you live in a country that we do not currently provide shipping to, please e-mail us at and we'll do our best to help! 

Please note: Customers with shipping addresses outside of Australia are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable:  If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

What is the Click & Collect delivery option?

Click & Collect is an easy way to shop when you want to, making your order online and picking up your goods when it suits you. When checking out online, select Click & Collect as your preferred delivery option. 

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you an e-mail letting you know to head in store. You should always wait until we have confirmed that your goods are ready before coming in store to avoid disappointment.
