How do I return?
To start a return please email shop@backbonebmx.com.au with the following information:
- Full name
- Order Number (example #15000)
What can I return?
Any product that is in unused, original condition.
Items returned will then be issued store credit to the amount of the item.
Products returned must be sent back with original packaging.
Due to health and hygiene, items such as socks and underwear cannot be returned.
How long do I have to return an item?
You need to contact us within 30 days of receiving item. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days from receipt of item.
What happens with my return?
You will receive a store credit to the same value of the returned item to use online or in store.
Will I be charged for shipping costs?
We will email you a return label for shipping back to us, for a small restocking fee of $9, which will be deducted off your final store credit.
Faulty items will not be charged a restocking fee.
Posting Items back
Items must be packaged securely and well protected.
Items damaged in transit will be issued a store credit at 50% of its value.
Orders cancelled prior to dispatch:
Orders cancelled prior to dispatch or pick up due to a change of mind will incur a 10% cancellation fee (based on the total order value). This is to cover admin and payment costs.
Sale items: Any item that is marked down in our sale section(s) is not eligible for any return or exchange. All sales are final.
Am I entitled to a refund?
Refunds will only be given if the item is faulty and no replacement can be given.
We do not issue refunds for:
- change of mind
- not liking the item
- finding the item cheaper elsewhere
- purchasing the wrong size, wrong colour, or incompatible item
- gift cards
I am entitled to a refund - what happens next?
We will refund you to the same payment method used to pay (ie. back to card, Zip/Afterpay account or PayPal).
We do not issue refunds to different card numbers, or other methods.
